I hired Medley (Kenny) the beginning of June for a complete home remodel and addition. The day we met he took me around to see his other project in the area that met my architectural requests and one of his former clients saw us and invited us in. We toured the home and talked about all the pros and cons of taking on the size project I was about to do. I hired him (obviously), and we walked through my house multiple times to make sure my wish list was possible with the engineering that needed to happen. He sent me rough drafts and I wanted to tweak a few things and got the plans right back to me. I wasn't expecting the plans to come back so quickly. From start to finish it only took a couple weeks. When I finally selected my builder they were amazed at the level of detail in the plans. He's been a GC for 30 years so I think that's saying something. It made the permit process extremely easy. We're 5 months after I hired Kenny, mid renovation, and he got paid months ago but he's still checking in to see how the project is going and if anything needs updated. Always quick to reply, always has thoughts and suggestions and delivers more than what's expected.

All design considerations were reviewed and discussed with myself to achieve what I desired. Owner was personable and easy to reach for questions and/or changes I wanted to make. I would highly recommend Medley Creations.

Kenny is wonderful! Although we are only about halfway through our project, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He's incredibly friendly, very good at listening to our thoughts and ideas (and letting us know whether or not they will work), incredibly conscientious, punctual, and patient, good at using our ideas as a starting point and suggesting alternatives to consider....I really can't say enough good things about Kenny.

Our project is a second home/hunting cabin in southern Indiana. Kenny took our initial concepts and put them on paper and added improvements that we simply would not thought about or known to think of. Kenny was a pleasure to work with and we are very excited for the next phase in this adventure.

Although our interaction remains in progress, the initial visit with Kenny was highly professional, thorough, and thoughtful. Excellent initial drawings were prepared, which immediately included proposals that addressed our wishes. Communication has been excellent - largely via email as we do not reside locally yet - and as discussions by telephone refined our needs, changes and adjustments were implemented rapidly. If anything, at present we as the clients are slowing things down a bit because we want to study a number of the architects equations "on-site" (which we will do in the next month); Fees are reasonable, service outstanding!

He was able to grasp our vision and work our dream out on paper. Not only did he find simple solutions to our problems but was able to overcome some major hurdles for us too. His work was very prompt, communication was fantastic and his pricing is extremely fair. He even put up with our over affectionate dogs on his multiple visits to our home! Being in the construction trades myself for nearly 30 years, I am glad to give Kenny my highest recommendation.

We interviewed a few architects before choosing Medley Creations to hire. Kenny was very friendly and showed an enthusiasm for his job that my wife and I could see very early in our conversations. The communication was always excellent and all our deadlines were met with ease. Kenny and Nick put a lot of extra work/research into specific building designs we decided to go with. Nick spent a lot of time studying the style of house that we were looking for to make the style match examples that we provided and Kenny learned a lot about ICF construction techniques. Medley Creations came in at approx 1/2 price of others that we interviewed.

Kenny is easy to work with and full of great architectural ideas. His knowledge on construction and tying in an existing building to new construction was truly a comfort. We asked a friend who is the chief estimator for a large Indianapolis construction management firm to look over our plans and he said Kenny's plans were well done and so detailed he could send them out to bid as is. We are very pleased and highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience! Not only was Kenny willing to work around my schedule, he was prompt, courteous and provided great advice. This was my first home remodel project so I needed guidance.
