We wanted to do want we can to protect our 1937 home in the case of wildfire. Emilio helped us by installing and painting fine mesh screens over the vents in the foundation and eaves to prevent embers from blowing into the structure. He is professional, communicates very well, works to a high standard, and demonstrated that he is a good problem solver. I feel comfortable in recommending him for any size of a home improvement project.

Emilio was excellent. I hired him to do one project and ended up using him for several. He did flooring replacement for me, as well as tiling a fireplace and decorative tile around my front door. He also installed railing around a window and opened up new drainage holes in my balcony that needed better drainage. He was amazing, communicative, and very detail oriented. I will be hiring Emilio as soon as I have another job for him to do.

Emilio and Alex have done multiple projects on and in our apartment building. Initially they were hired to do drywall and painting around our breaker boxes in five units. Since then, they have fixed toilets, replaced AC unit, built a metal gate in our alley, installed additional bar on our stairs to close the gaps per city’s guidelines, waterproof our balconies, fixed leaky pipes, painted our whole building and other small things that come up. Prices are fair and honest. They arrive on time and leave your place cleaner. I would recommend for your next project.

I’m so excited to leave this review because this contractor really stands out from all the others we’ve worked with. He is extremely honest, reliable, and stayed within the original timeframe he gave us, which we really appreciated.
He remodeled multiple rooms in our home, and the quality of the work was exceptional. Everything was done beautifully, professionally, and with great attention to detail. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out.
It’s not always easy to find contractor who is trustworthy, keeps his word, stays on schedule and delivers excellent work but Emilio did all of that.
