Very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail with this contractor and still need additional work to finish this project. I had 2 holes in one window and needed to replace both. I contacted Medrano and sent pictures to describe the project and the pics clearly shows 2 holes in one window. A guy came out to take measurements and then sent me an invoice which I paid the same day. They took almost 5 days to get back to me just to schedule an appointment- I had to call multiple times and send email before getting a date for service. They told me they would come Wednesday but I got a call Tuesday saying the repairman was at my door to complete window install. I was a little confused by that but let it slide. The repair man comes and fixes the first hole then looks up to the other hole and tells me he did not see the second hole when taking measurements. Keep in mind the pictures I sent also clearly had damage to 2 points in the window. So the repair man tells me he will only service the one hole for the price I paid. I?ve tried to get in contact with the office to speak with a manager and nobody has returned my call. Definitely do not recommend doing business with these guys- poor communication and lack of attention to detail.

Chris showed up early and work was very professional. Where other companies told me that it would be best to either not repair or to get a new door, Medrano took care of the issue with no problem. I highly recommend this company.

Very Professional - Was conscious of my business needs while performing repairs. Chris kept my customer safety and flow as a priority I will be using Chris in the future for my remodel.

The owner was very responsive and once on site evaluated the repairs needed and gave an estimate. The price was good and he was able to make the repair that day. That was Christmas eve and the door is operating correctly with no issues since!

Amazing! Came to the house quickly to assess wind damage on our siding. Offered to complete the work immediately. Did the work exceptional well and matched new pieces to the existing siding. We can't even tell there was ever a problem.

Medrano did estimate on texting message when I contacted them for service. When they started work, they asked to charge 17% more of estimate with me wife. We agreed to go forward. When they have finished the work, a technician asked my wife to pay right away without issuing an invoice. As I told them to issue an invoice then I'll glad to pay. On next day, they threaten to strip the siding work done the day before. After I discussed with them to insist to have invoice before I paid for the service. Finally an invoice came through email, I paid for the service. The Medrano customer experience and process are terrible; they tried to low bid the job and ask to increase on the spot. This is a simple single piece siding job; they have to increase the cost by ~20%. What do you think if they work for a larger job! In fact, I am real estate business, I place many orders and never have such issue of no invoice and increase the cost at the spot without reasonable cause!. I would not recommend Medrano for another job.

Only a slight mis-understanding concerning minor roof alterations. Otherwise excellent.
