I called Luke in a panic. My house is up for sale and the realtor walked in on Saturday Morning and found a puddle of water on a countertop. I am in Arizona (the house is in Illinois) and called Luke in the afternoon and asked if he could help me. He texted me back saying he was out of the country and would return and be able to address my issue on Monday morning! I was thrilled, Luke had installed this roof years before for my mother and I had no idea who else to call. He arrived at the house on Monday morning and diagnosed the problem and within one hour, the repair was complete. Luke is totally trustworthy and honest, I had no problem giving him access to the house so he could see where the issue was inside so he knew exactly where to find the problem area on the roof. The repair cost was fair and reasonable. I worried because I was not there and not sure what was going to be found. He fixed the one area. Did not try to upsell me on a whole roof. I appreciated that so much. I wish there were more Lukeâ s in this world of home repairs!!!

Pretty sure I was introduced to Mega Solutions from HomeAdvisor and Angies List. They were not the primary referrals but Mega was included on a second list. Luckily, I read a review about them and Luke and gave them a call. I was initially concerned because there were not that many reviews of the company. I hope that you out there will read this review because I'm a homeowner who was forced to act like a general contractor to fix up his home (I'm absolutely not trained and clueless and during Covid there is a shortage of good construction help). When it came to windows, Luke helped me in the decision process, was professional, timely and very cost effective. I ended up replacing all of the windows in the house (1/2 needed to be replaced) I made a change in the style of window and replaced all of the windows for the same cost as 1/2 from other Window quotes! Best of all, working with Luke was more like working with a friend who was trying to help me and was on my side. Definitely helped in reducing the stress for one of my major house projects. Windows look great and I plan on working with Luke and Mega Solutions for all future projects! Jon S.

I have worked with Mega solutions Inc. many times. Each and every time I was impressed by the quality of the work that they had provided. They have good pricing. The crew of workers who came in were polite, complete good quality work, completed the work in a timely manner, and they did an excellent job cleaning up any debris. My most recent project was to replace windows on a three season porch. I am close to a busy street and had noise concerns, airflow concerns, and of course budget concerns. Luke was very patient and had many good ideas. He helped me to find the right configuration for the windows that meet my specific needs for the new windows. In the past they have helped me remodel my kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, helped complete a siding project with windows. They have done a very good job and I will hire them again.

Just had new windows and patio doors put in, Luke and Mega Solutions did a great job, they were on time, finished quickly, and cleaned everything up. They made the process from start to finish easy. Even the village inspector told me these guys know what their doing, they always do a good job.

I am pleasantly pleased with the work performed by Mega Solutions. I came across Luke's number from seeing his truck with his contact information and from the very 1st conversation that I had with him it was professional and courteous. He is very prompt and provides follow up communication throughout the process. I love my new windows they are high quality and I am tempted to change out two more. I would definitely use Mega again and would recommend their business to family and friends looking for a GREAT window company. The price was also very comparable for the quality of work provided.

Spring 2016. We had some wind damage to the roof. I called Mega Solutions for an estimate. Luke was prompt and courteous throughout our entire project. He sent his man to put a temporary repair the same day I called as the weather was still too cold to replace the roof. In about a week, the weather turned warm, The job was fast and cleanup was amazing. Roof, gutters, soffit and fascia. After completion, we decided to finish the house project with new siding. Completely and totally satisfied with the quality and workmanship of Mega Solutions, INC. Would highly recommend Luke and his crew for anyone seeking a quality company to handle their home renovation.

Estimate was very fair listened to what we wanted and had the knowledge to get us there.His crew was courteous kept us informed as they moved along and cleaned up every single night leaving no debris and the job moved right along and finished quickly.The result is so much more then we imagined just beautiful! We needed to have the front of our house completely re-done due to water damage and ants. After contacting several other companies and experiencing ridiculous prices, pushy salesmen, salesmen that never showed up and getting nothing but the runaround, we contacted Mega. MEGA WAS AWESOME! Luke arrived on time, was very professional and listened to what WE wanted. He stayed within our budget, no hidden surprises and had the job done in 1 day! His crew was exceptional as they did a beautiful job, cleaned everything up and my house looks brand new! We couldn't be happier with the experience we had and plan on using them for our new windows.

I had been waiting since April for Chucks Construction to replace my gutters due to hail damage. I took a chance and used Service magic and Luke from Mega Windows and doors called me immediately. He came out the next day, and had the work completed in just a few days. He replaced my gutters and some fascia. I am EXTREMELY picky about work done on my home, I expect to get quality work and that is exactly what I got from MEGA. The workers explained everything to me, used quality materials, cleaned up afterward, and were very polite and courteous. I had one very minor problem with the fascia, and Luke came back and is going to fix it.

The entire process was outstanding. I believe we got the best price, great looking windows and a sliding door and the best service you could ask for. They not only put 27 windows in the old parts of the house, they worked with the designer and builder for the four seaon room which included another 14 windows and a sliding door. To ensure a complete success they came with us during the architectural design review and brought up several ideas/concerns which were incorporated. They also had a representative from the window company come to double check everything. kWe had NO PROBLEMS and everything looks great. I have already recommencted them.

I was contacted immediatly and given a quote over the phone for my work I needed. Luke came out and looked at the job and set up an install date.The downspouts were installed on the time we agreed upon and was exactly what we wanted. The price was exactly as quoted. Luke and his crew did a nice solid and clean job. The framing that they did was top notch; glass all cleaned up along the way. We love the windows; shoulda done it before we put a new furnace in!

We were quoted vinyl windows by Advanced Window Corp., but we decided to pick another manufacture that we liked better.
