Bathroom Remodel

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the bathroom remodel project your company began at my home in August 2025. The project was originally estimated to take between three days and one week. As of the date of this letter, the work remains incomplete. The quality of workmanship has been unacceptable, and the project has resulted in significant damage to my property. I have been left with a bathroom in disrepair and have been forced to attempt corrective work on my own. The issues include, but are not limited to: ? The shower walls not meeting the floor pan ? Epoxy resin spilled across the shower pan ? Epoxy resin spread onto the flooring throughout my home ? Epoxy resin on my front door ? Saw cuts made in my walkway, resulting in permanent damage
