They could not figure out how to get a couch out of a den door of normal size, would not listen to our advice having done this many times, made a hole in a wall and the doors molding had to be rebuilt with filler as it was gouged, sanded and repainted. No remorse or offer to lower the ridiculous charge for doing this. It cost us $50 to fix ourselves.

"It is unfortunate, having to read such a comment. There is a big disconnection from what took place to what has been described here. The client was advised that the couch would not come out of the room without hurting the trim and possibly the wall. The client was also given the option to keep the couch, and we would obviously not charge them anything. The client insisted on removing the couch and once again was advised about any damage that could take place. As the couch was removed, our team moved a couple of items around the house FREE of charge. As stated before it is unfortunate to read such a comment but we will keep moving forward in trying to serve."

I inquired re: removal of cellar furniture, old doors etc. showed up at time promised the following day. 2 young men, polite and careful about moving around other items. Both put on masks as soon as they got out of truck. Pleased we didnâ t have to ask. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.
