he kept in touch with me via text as to what his schedule, was, his arrival time. he has more than 30 years' experience. he was very thorough, knowledgable, professional and personable, we struck up conversation about work, dogs and even our kids lol, and even though we were chatting he never stopped working as we were conversing, which I respected him a lot for that, as most people we hire would stop what they were doing to talk, if you can't talk and work at the same time then I don't want you working for me. as a comparison last year we hired "Stanely steamer" they sent 2 guys well young adults i should say even with both of their years of experience combined they still don't have enough as the gentleman who was at our house today, these two guys flew through the job,we hired them for the sectional couch and our ottoman, well they ended up spilling cleaning solution all over our throw rug so they said they would clean the whole rug on the house, well they didn't clean the whole rug only the spots they spilled on, also they only cleaned the top of the couch cushions, the front of the backrest and the top of the ottoman, not the sides of either, not the bottoms of the cushions and they were close to double what "Meister's" charged. now this is what "Meister's" did without asking, without hovering, etc.. he separated our sectional cleaned all top and side surfaces then he flipped them over and cleaned the backs and bottoms, the parts no one ever ever sees and I'm not just talking about the cushions I'm talking about the entire sections of the couch. I was amazed. this man has a passion for what he does and he does it amazingly well. we now will have him come back year after year.

This company was filling in for another and I was so pleased with the quality of their work. My couches were spotless in spite of the stains that had been on them.
