I came home at the end of the day to a broken water main squirting water up by the house. I worked on it some but realized that it was too much for me to handle. I logged a request through HomeAdvisor at 10pm at night. They called within the hour about the nature of the problem. They showed up the next morning and were able to promptly fix the problem. I was very pleased with the speed and the cost of their service.

Arrived when he said he would, was done in less than an hour, clean up was so appreciated, explained process, & took few minutes to look at another problem that I will be. Having him repair. He was courteous, informed, on time, & clean up much appreciated.

The cleanout pipe cap was stuck, never opened since 1966 when the house was built. Jorge did a great job to fix it. The reason to access the cleanout drain was to empty a swimming pool. He put a temp sleeve to connect a pump I rented and told me he would come back to put a permanent cap on the cleanout pipe once the pool was drained. He came back the next day and now I have a cleanout pipe that I can easily use whenever a need arises to use it.
