I needed a lamp repair, but this company does not repair lamps. The electrician took the lamp to his van and did a repair that is working for me. It is guaranteed for one year from the date of the repair. He was creative with the repair, but it is not the same exact switch because he had to supply his own wit and parts to repair the lamp.

We are unable to repair lamps, and we made that very clear to this customer over the phone numerous times. She continued to call in and persist that we fix her lamp. While we have the knowledge to help out, which we did in this scenario, we suggested multiple times to bring this lamp to Wolberg Electric where they have a lamp repair space and can match every part up piece for piece and it would be more economical than a house call. This customer was unable to leave her home so we came out as a courtesy. Then we went out of our way to charge significantly less than we would normally charge for a service call just to try and work with her limited budget. To see that this review is the result of us going out of our way to help out someone is disheartening to say the least. I am happy to hear that your lamp is back working, but it seems unfair to review us as a 3-stars for quality when we were working with limited materials and were still able to successfully repair your lamp. Thank you.

-Mike & Zach were excellent in the determination of the whats and hows of their job detail. -They were clear in the explanation of the estimate. -The work was excellent from start through clean up. -I recommend MelCarr (represented professionally by Mike & Zach) for serious consideration when choosing a licensed Electrician.
