Great windows, great customer service... VERY expensive, though. But, they were quick to fix any mistakes. Overall, I'm happy with my windows. Wish they would have painted the trim on the garden windows... another chore for me... and with the expensive price tag, I would have thought they would ensure details like that were completed. When it was realized that the bathroom window was cut the wrong size (custom), the supervisor immediately came to my house and rushed the new window. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT use their financing company. Lendmark will rip you off. The interest is compounded DAILY! Use your own bank for lending

It seemed like a long wait for the project to get started but once started it was finished in no time. the quality of work done was well worth the price and wait. The crew were well experienced and friendly. Very informative. Would recommend them to anyone.

Still waiting on replacement of scratched glass door, also noted four missing knobs necessary for screen removal and one screen has a tear in it close to the edge of the screen. Excellent communication and scheduling, was a little more than we expected to spend but definitely quality materials and workstaff. The cleaning service provided after floor installation was excellent!!

Superior. Professional from the initial presentation to the finished product. Had screen damage from an unknown source and Melani Bros. replaced it within two days no questions asked! Outrageous. Higher price perhaps but the value of the product and the service delivered is well worth it.
