Melanie was wonderful! I called her for help for my 88 year old father who lives alone and whose pipes had frozen on a very cold night. She came over and made sure that his heating system worked and she checked out the house. She came the next day and fixed everything. She is super competent and best of all: caring. My Dad and I highly recommend her.
