I hired for a full kitchen remodel that involved minimal change to layout and no structural changes. Over the past 10 weeks, Ismerio did many things wrong at my 1930s era home. They put our health at risk on day 1 of demolition. They made no effort to remediate the hazardous lead particles from my central air ducting. I incurred $6,000 of lodging, food, and clothing costs that are directly related to my wife and children being displaced unexpectedly, for 6 weeks. Ismerio lacked coordination and planning, resulting in avoidable errors and 4+ weeks delay. When workers actually showed up, typically without notice, it seems they did not know what to do and were in a hurry to just do something. (1) Farmhouse sink was installed backwards while I was in North Carolina and not able to supervise. (2) Drywall hanger went to cover up the drain pipe and I stopped him because the load bearing studs had not yet been reinforced with stud shoes. (3) No lighting in my boys bed and bath for 2+ weeks bc Ismerio could not get the electrician to return

Work was satisfactory and cost low. We were satisfied with service. UNTIL we found out they didnâ t pay their supplier. We paid them in full the day they completed the job. 3 months later the supplier put a lien on our house for non payment for supplies. Ismerio Drywall gave us the run around and then stopped answering my calls and wouldnâ t respond to the supplier either. Other reviews on Google around the same time showed similar experiences.

Ismerio was great to work with. Great customer service and the team was communicative throughout the project. Out project was completed earlier than we expected, on budget, and we are thrilled with it!

Everything is expensive these days but I feel they were competitive in their pricing. Very courteous and prompt. Followed through in what they said they would do.
