Igor came over to give me a quote on an new heat pump . After checking out the system he said the unit was hit by lighting and he could fix it...I was very happy to say the least. I would recommend Igor to anyone I think he is a very honest man and I would hire him again for my HVAC needs...................

I had 4 other contractors,2 from the BIG NAME chains.All 4 said that not only would I have to replace my a/c unit but also my heat pump!!Each inspected the units and said that it made,"no sense",to fix the units as they were ,"to far gone".The cheepist price I got was $6,000 ! MELNIC fixed my unit, bringing it back to 100fficiency.The bill-$268.00!!!The service was PROFESSIONAL,CLEAN,

THEY ARE THE BEST.FIRST,THEY SAVED US $4000.00.THEY REPAIRED OUR FURNACE AFTER WE WERE TOLD BY ANOTHER COMPANY THAT IN A WEEK OUR FURNACE WILL DIE AND WE NEEDED A NEW ONE OR WE WOULD HAVE NO HEAT FOR CHRISTMAS.THIS COMPANY KNEW THIS BUT INSTEAD OF TRYING TO SELL US A NEW FURNACE MADE THE REPAIR AND GUIDED US TO SAVE EVEN MORE BY HELPFUL HINTS.THANK YOU MELNIC MECHANICAL.FRIENDLY.HONEST SERVICE IS THE WAY TO GO.
