Have used Melody Electric a few times and have always found them to be professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The gave an estimate before work was done, did a great job at the estimated price and thoroughly cleaned up work area. Explained what they were doing every step of the way and got my approval for any unexpected changes in job. In one instance the electrician spent a lot of time trouble shooting a circuit til he found the anomaly and fixed it. I highly recommend these guys.

The entire experience from my first contact with the office personnel to the electrician who installed the GFI outlet in my basement was outstanding. Return call was timely and they were able to schedule the work within a week. Excellent work, professional demeanor and he cleaned up after completing the job so that you wouldn't have even known any work was done. I have already recommended them to several co-workers.

Good tech, very friendly and efficient. Still pricey for an emergency call, booking ahead is cheaper.

Very professional. I needed a professional to do a small job and that is exactly what I got. He explained everything to me and was in and out in less than 1 hour. I ended having a safer electrical system at a lower cost than I had anticipated. The electrician was very well trained and answered all of my technical questions.

They called me really quickly, it was set up and taken care of within a couple days. He called when he got to the job and did it really well.

The most incredibly expensive electrical outlet I've ever had installed. $544!!! Never again.
