25-75% over estimate, installed the wrong item initially (but fixed it after we told him). Quality was so-so

"We were unaware equipment to be connected was present."Wrong item installed"',was a dryer receptacle which was quickly corrected to match newly discovered dryer.This professional installation was done 30% below the going rate for a dedicated 220V circuit considering the obstacles we encountered."
