When our soffit hid an unusual & unsafe crossbeam as a roof support, Memo called us immediately. He resolved the issue with creativity & craftsmanship. /Memo and his crew arrive early. Memo assigns each individual crew mgember to one of the Construction tasks of the day so four different projects are running concurrently while Memo overseas all of it. They crew are skilled and talented at what they do and deliver the highest quality I give them five star rating and would definitely hire them again and will do so in the near future.

Memo renovated my apartment and I couldn’t ask for anything better. All the rooms he did, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room are absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend him.

The work was outstanding from start to finish. Memo is detail-oriented and is a great communicator. We had to do painting, repair walls, and redo floors following a burst pipe and major flooding. The work was done within two weeks. We had a general idea for what we wanted for floor and wall colors, and Memo got us the samples and then got the final product from the store to install - no extra work on our part. We also installed a new window under where the leak was, and it looks great. I would highly recommend Memo and the team (such nice guys) to anybody.

This man did a horrible job. Be careful do not hire him. Check, there are reviews. We have pictures, we're being putting on. He put our French door that goes to the back yard on backwards and upside down. He didn't finish spacling, and painting. He left cracks, didn't feel grout. There's so much to say and I don't know if it's what to say it's just too much so check out the pictures and you'll see what we 're talking about Be careful don't let what happened happen to us happened to you. Now we have to hire someone else to come in and finish up his work that he was supposed to get done that. He got paid for we trusted him. And we paid him in full. He said he would come back and do, but when my wife told him that the door the thing is upside down and backwards. That's when he skipped out on us If he's looking for a lawsuit, he's going to be. Look, he's going to be getting one. So would you be careful

Fantastic work, reasonably priced, very professional and polite. This is the second project I?ve done with memo and as more home up, he?ll have more work from us.

No words could possibly do my experience with Memo justice. Memo is incredible at what he does. He is beyond fair, so quick, reliable, meticulous, and he absolutely does not cut corners. I am so impressed with his work. I loved working with his team. Everyone is so responsive, kind, and skilled at what they do. My bathroom looks perfect and he kept me in the loop along the way. This is our fourth time using Memo’s home renovations, but the first time on such a large project. The extension came out absolutely gorgeous and it is a seamless transition both inside and out. Numerous neighbors have already asked for his contact details because they are so impressed by the high-quality workmanship. A pleasure to work with the whole way through and 100% satisfied with the final extension.

I am so thankful that we found Memo’s Home Renovations. We had an outdated full bathroom in dire need of a makeover. Where many contractors did not respond due to the smaller nature of our job, Memo came by to meet us, provided a thorough & accurate quote quickly, scheduled the work, showed up on time & focused on the job to get it done without losing momentum or trying to juggle it between multiple jobs. He helped us make design decisions that aligned with current styles and the professionals he brought in to assist were kind, professional & skilled. Memo protected our house during construction and left the areas clean each & every day. All with a friendly smile, an easy laugh & a kind heart. Abby kept us informed of any deadlines and decisions to keep the job smooth and on time. We are thrilled with the new bathroom and get so many compliments. It was a very positive experience for us and has made a huge difference in the usability and attractiveness of our home.

Memo did our kitchen backsplash, finished 3 sets of stairs with railings, and made a custom fit door for our attic. All the work came out beautifully and was done in less than a week and he was very accommodating working with our limited time schedule.

Memo was a pleasure to hire as a painter for my house . He and his team are very professional, clean , friendly and reliable company. I would recommend him to all my friends for any jobs they might need done. Great job!

I actually had an old A/C removed and a new wall A/C installed. Memo did a fantastic job. I am very happy with his work and would recommend him to all my family and friends. He and his helper were very gracious.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Memo and his team on a major home renovation, and we could not be happier with the results. They installed multiple outlets, hi hats and dimming switched throughout the house, completely renovated our bathroom and added a pocket door, painted, repaired and spackled the kitchen, living room, and the rest of the house, updated our staircase and replaced bedroom doors, and installed beautiful molding throughout. Memo was incredibly responsive, always getting back to us in a timely manner and offering helpful suggestions along the way. His professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work truly stood out. Everything was done with care and precision, and the transformation of our home has been amazing. We absolutely loved working with Memo and are already looking forward to having him back to finish the rest of the house. We had originally done the bathroom 20 years ago. The plumber did a shoddy job and the water had been spraying a mist under the toilet for 12 years! Not only was the floor rotted and sinking under the tile but on the other side of the wall in our living room, the oak floor Had rotted. Memo not only knew what to do for both projects but did them perfectly and efficiently. He tells you exactly what he’s going to do and then does it. The bathroom floor had to be ripped up, the floor joists replaced and he even did new plumbing then re-tiled the floorThe walls had to be repaired and painted. The living room floor had to be cut and repaired. He was able to run the slate from the fireplace to the wall perfectly. It looked like it had always been that way! We were extremely happy with the work done. I cannot say enough good things about working with him. It is truly a pleasure to have someone with such professionalism and expertise to call on when major projects need to be done.

We had a huge home remodel, basically ripped off the second floor of our house and re-built it, and Memo handled it flawlessly. I will continue to use Memo for all my home improvement needs and recommend him to everyone. He can really handle it all: framing, windows, siding, roofing, bathroom remodel, flooring, drywall, electrical, plumbing/heating, painting, etc. They even built us a custom stairwell to fix our unsafe stairs. Memo and his team got our job done to perfection. He is very talented in many areas from plumbing, electric, carpentry, painting to the fine finishing details. There were no lags in the work, here when he promised and finished the job promptly. His steady and reassuring manner is complimented by Abby who is so helpful and responsive and very sweet behind the scenes. As stressful as it is to have work done in your home, our experience with Memo was A+.
