Noticed over the last few months cracks in the walls & soft floors, apparently caused by prior moisture problems in our crawl space. The rep came out, was very knowledgeable, checked everything & explained we needed supplemental beams to support the floors and also recommended encapsulation, sump pump and a dehumidifier. We went for it and after the job was completed, we couldnà ¢à  à  t be more impressed with the quality of work. The cost was more than fair and worth the peace of mind. Our floors feel rock solid. We would definitely recommend Memphis Crawl Space & Basement. 5 star rating!
