I prepaid for spring and winterization services for my irrigation system thinking it would be helpful to this company. I was contacted by James on October 5 to request that I be scheduled for winterization. I responded that I did. By the end of October, I had heard nothing, and so I tried to contact him three times by text and again in November by phone, because the temperature had dropped below freezing. I then decided to contact another service. Finally, James contacted me to schedule, and I requested a refund for the winterization portion of the services. James agreed to the refund. As of January 19, I have not received a refund. The lack of regard and disrespect of a client in this manner is inexcusable, therefore I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I apologize for your service experience and appreciate you signing up for annual service. We did send out a mass text through a third party to remind customers of the winterization season. Winter service typically takes place between Oct and January as the property owner requests. MIB services several hundred properties and winterization service is scheduled in our routing software to make this process as efficient as possible. We are cognizant of the weather and temps that may damage irrigation systems and never felt any risk. When we called to schedule your service, you advised us that you tried to call and had someone else complete the service. We review our missed call logs and text messages. Our call logs did not show any missed calls or texts after our last communication on 8/6 when we came by for seasonal service. I will refund the balance. Again, I apologize for any miscommunications or errors on our part. Thanks you for allowing us to service your irrigation system and hope you find a company that fits your needs better.
