The first summer was good. This summer was terrible. Clogged my entire pool with repeated daily shock treatments. They do not answer calls or respond to texts.

I wouldnâ t hire these guys if they were the last available on earth. I spent thousands of dollars on new equipment Summer 2020 and I had algae they couldnâ t get rid of, they failed to show up when promised, the son especially was so bad and lied to us. He â openedâ our pool this year and literally did a half way job failing to install the stairs, clean the pool, tighten down the ground bolts that hold the winter cover over which I tripped, activate the heater so I could turn it on and worst of all left the brand new pump which they installed last year leaking and literally screeching so loudly the neighbor came over to check on it. They failed to respond to text messages and I had to hire another company to replace the pump at a cost of 1,500.00+ My recommendation- run......

I was shocked and very disappointed to receive a $400 bill. They did a great job winterizing the pool; very knowledgeable and professional. The going rate for this service is $250-300.

The crew was very knowledgeable and great to work with. They did a good job repairing the tiling on my dam. A few constructive criticisms: They did not show up on the times promised, but got the work done. I asked them for some follow-up quotes on parts and service and never heard back.

The owner comes out in the field personally. I can't say enough nice things about Martin. Very helpful! Very knowledgeable! And very patient! He is going to service my Swim Spa for me. Yep. I signed up. Every 2 weeks. Now I can have fun!
