Mendoza Gutters, LLC

Initially, Mendoza Gutters was responsive, arriving the next day for a quote. I agreed to a full replacement with a 10-year warranty, but the experience quickly declined. After installation, water ran down my siding?an issue I never had before. It took several visits to admit they failed to install flashing. Despite being a new install, they charged me nearly double the original price to add the flashing. Furthermore, "all gutters" did not mean all. They missed sections, then claimed those weren't part of the job, before finally admitting the crew lied about finishing. They still refuse to complete the final section, claiming I must move a 1,000lb hot tub?a requirement never mentioned during the quote. I am left with an incomplete project despite paying far more than the original agreement. I am disappointed in the overcharges for corrective work and the lack of completion. I hope they will reach out to refund the overages and finish the job as promised.

I needed a run of about 90 feet of replacement gutters and downspouts on one side of my house, and new gutters and a single downspout on my garage. This was a small job and I could not get any interest from local firms. I finally called the "Angi" site and wrote up what I needed. I got a text from them asking if I would like a call from one of their pros. I texted yes, and withing 60 seconds, Roberto Medoza gave me a call and we ultimately set up a meeting and my house for Wednesday morning at 10 am. He showed up and gave me a fair price for the work, and said he had a crew in the neighborhood working on another project, but that they could do it later that day when they were finished with the other job. The two workers arrived about 4;20 pm and started the project and finished at 6;15 pm. They were very courteous and helpful, and I was extremely pleased with the work they did. Bottom line, everything Roberto Mendoza said was going to happen, came to pass and it was accomplished in fair and responsive professional manner. I would recommend Mendoza Gutters to anyone.

My rain gutters were installed today without a hitch. Sr Roberto and his team was very professional from start to finish.
