Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install

My flooring has knots, dips, and is very uneven. A couple of corners is not installed correctly. I cannot put my sink in because I have to hire another company to redo the flooring. They also put up my sheetrock but did not paint because that was not something he specialized in. In my washer dryer room, they left my vents off. I had to find the ceiling vent that will not go back in place because the drywall is cut wrong. He did not want to fix it.
