I just moved and am swamped with work and trying to unpack my life. The yard at the new place was already getting overgrown. Iâ  m very glad to have found Menjivar. They did a great job and were very fast. Good customer service and reasonable prices. Everything youâ  d hope for in a landscaping service. Iâ  ll be doing business with them again.

I hired Jose & coworker to rescue a section of lawn that was half weeds and half dirt, as well as mow the rest of my lawn. This involved adding 3 yards of topsoil to bring the level of the lawn up to the surrounding sidewalk & pavement, seeding and fertilizing. They also cleaned up the lawn border, and dug up and repositioned the border rocks. This was a lot of work. They also mowed & trimmed the rest of my lawn - all of which they finished over the course of several hours. The result was better than I hoped for and (IMHO) well worth the cost.

Good Workers

I had weeds higher than my waist which I knew I did not have the tools to remove. Menjivar got them all down and even cleaned my front porch twice to make sure there was no debris on it! Great job and fantastic clean up!

They arrived on time, did a good job for the living area. The property was overgrown and upon looking at the back of the property it was weed whacked, not mowed. I went out there myself afterward and attempted to cut through it. More than likely that I will have to hire someone with the proper equipment.
