Juan at Cordova’s was quick to get us a quote and finished the project in just a few days. We couldn’t be more pleased with how well the job turned out and they were quite reasonably priced!

Fixed several drywall ceiling cut-outs. Patch, mud, tape, texture and paint. On time, responsive, fair bid, and lower most others. Quality work!

They took their time to prep the space the right way and made sure everything was clean and protected before beginning. Juan did a nice job of explaining to me staining a fence and what it would take to get it done. Once the weather cleared he came out and knocked it out. They did a nice job of putting 2 coats of stain on the fence. Looks great!

Repaired old patch jobs and textured. Had to texture 2 times to get it to match. Painted the bathroom and that part looks good. Wouldn't hire to do larger patch jobs but his painting is fantastic.

The job was done correctly and in a timely manor and no cost over runs at all. I would hire this professional again.

My electrician pushed his foot through my ceiling. So I hired Juan (Cordova) to come fix the hole, drywall it in, texture and paint. It was a small job. The repair itself was good. But the texture was terrible. I called him back to make it better and he did return (I had given my check to my 20 year old daughter to give him and she didn't know any better) to try again. It is still very bad. My father (who is a fix it all kind of guy) came to look and said I could have done better myself. He said it was clear Juan doesn't know what he is doing as far as texture.
