Very good work, fast, clean, professional. Merle is very easy to deal with.

Merle is a very friendly easy going person. Extremely knowledgeable. Was on site with tool belt on as soon as he got out of truck. Stopped and explained anything i asked, fixed anything i found wrong as soon i showed them to him,always minor. Done many extra things no charge and was done earlier than expected. Would rehire in a heartbeat.

Due to rain it took the project longer than expected. The plan was for 2 days, it took them 1 day. They took out old brick chimney, installed flue liner and converted to an insulated flue to vent water heater. Framed in old opening, installed shingles, flashed new water heater in roof, cleaned entire area. Great job! Mr. Mennenga got his hands dirty too. I enjoyed working with them. Would recommend.

Mr. Mennenga and his team are top notch. His experience and attention to detail are second to none. They are very flexible are do their best to accomodate your schedule. I needed a section of my bathroom subfloor repaired due to a leaky stool. We were afraid that the damage was going to force us to remove a section of the tile floor. It would have been a major fiasco due to the fact that this tile was discontinued and not only covered the floor but the walls as well. Not only were they able to save my floor, they also replaced the stool and did not overcharge me for anything. I will be using Mennenga Construction again soon!

Mennenga Construction did a great job building my new porch. Their attention to detail was fantastic. They went above and beyond what I expected.

When me and my husband were looking for a contractor we were terrified. I have heard so many horror stories about failed jobs. When Merl came to us he made us feel comfortable and had all the answers. His team was very nice and considerate. For those dog lovers, Merl and his team treated our pets very kind. It was nothing to see them hold them and pet them. We also had many add ons which I know was pain but Merl did them without frustration. Our project consisted of a new kitchen, dinning room living room, bath and pantry. In addition he also trimmed, painted and carpeted our upstairs with all new installed doors. Our house is beautiful
