"Hello Robin: I am sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with the project. Per our agreement I was under the impression that the issue had been solved when we provided you with a free day of work and material to correct the issues you had. We stand by our work and strive for our clients to always have a positive experience working with Men of All Trades. We are always up front about our labor cost and would NEVER misguide our clients. Unfortunately you did cause conflict with one of my workers by breaking our contract, which caused for his employment to be terminated. Best regards, Men of All Trades Inc."
