their people showed up on time. dusted, house. cleaned kitchen and bathrooms, vacuumed, washed windows. also go an estimate to paint our bedrooms which they will do in a couple weeks. very satisfied so far. will have them back to clean and will review again after they are done painting.

Hired them to clean my deceased fathers house to get ready for sale. I was happy they were available on such short notice. However, I had to re-clean the tub as there was still a ring around the drain. Also, tile floor in basement was tacky after it dried, had a residue left on it, but I was able to go over it again with weak bleach water and tiny bit of Dawn to get it clean. Microfiber cloth was left in kitchen cabinets, and the shelves in the cabinets were still dusty - looked like she had started cleaning the shelves, but did not finish. However, the most disturbing thing was that my cell phone was missing after they left and the job was completed. After confronting the company and getting only denials, I called the police, and they are being investigated. I would not recommend hiring this sticky-fingered company.

"Pam, I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience. As spoke about 2 hours was minimum for a house of your size, and we could only do so much in the time you allowed us. we typically allow 4-6 hours for a full home deep clean. We did as much as we could in the 2 hours you allowed. As far as the phone goes, I take great exception to the allegation of theft. I have not heard from the authorities but will definitely speak with them when/if contacted. Our crews are good respectable hard-working people, not thieves. And it really isn't fair to accuse when you really don't know what happened to your phone. I would appreciate an apology when you find it."

I paid $250 for the following: 1. vacuumed living room (explained not to worry, because we were painting and then replacing carpet). 2. Dusted and put In tubs my living room décor. 3. dusted my dining room. 4. cleaned floor in dining room and kitchen. 5. cleaned powder room. When I originally voiced concern about the price, I was told I would be satisfied with how efficient his people were and how clean my house would be. "Mia, I am sorry that you feel you had a bad experience. However, our cleaners spent most of their time moving your stuff around and boxing It up rather than cleaning. And in the 2.5 hours you allowed them there was not much time to actually clean. We would be more than happy to come and actually clean this time.
