Terrific job! Great quality at a reasonable cost.

I had water in my basement from an overflowing sump pit. Pump came on, made a lot of noise but ultimately pumped the water into my house through the floor drain and utility sink. Recommended repair: replace the sump pump. This was not the correct fix; but now there is a new pump installed and I am out $425 for the install. There was a lot of back and forth between me and the guy I believe is the owner. In retrospect he used a lot of scare tactics - I was uncomfortable with the replacement and paying for it - but he kept suggesting mine was going to go out any how and after 4 days of water, surely I don't want that problem! He then told me he would need to come back the next day and remove part of the wall / ceiling to trace the plumbing...he said he couldn't quote the work, he had no idea the cost, he'd have to pull down the paneling and figure it out - then tell me the price. Ultimately I didn't trust him and the next morning I asked him not to come back - called a different plumber, who simply went through the floor drain to clear the blockage...for $165 total. Be careful!!! I was sold equipment I didn't need and when I asked for a compromise, he told me no. Also, I found out later that he removed the piping that was connected to the battery back up pump, so now if the power goes out - I have no pump in the system. Bottom line, It was a very bad experience, I believe he took advantage of me not knowing enough about sump pumps to understand that the work he was suggesting was not the correct solution in addition to trying to scare me into making a judgement call I was plainly concerned about. I am grateful it did not get any worse with him potentially damaging to my property.

He was very professional. I wasn't sure what was going on and when he came out and took look he was able to figure it out right away. He came out same day. Even called to say he could come out earlier than expected. He got it taken care of quickly and put my mind at rest. He was very helpful. I have a couple other projects with my sewer drain and will call him to do the work when I am ready.

Weren't able to totally fix everything, but they were able to help. Friendly and professional.

Great guy, very knowledgeable about plumbing even offered to go the extra mile and check the vanity plumbing lines. Extra clean when working and entering the home.

Worker/owner arrived on time, assessed situation, went to work to fix clogged drain, made sure the drain was working properly, asked if there were any other plumbing problems (there weren't) presented bill (it was reasonable) and left -- all within one hour.

Over charged. They were to come back and finish job was a no show. $465. To drain bathroom sink/tub. Taking advantage of senior. I should go BB. I was taken my fault.

Justin was nice and very helpful. His rates are reasonable and his work is top shelf. I'm going to hire him for another job next week. If you have an emergency this is the one to call or any other plumbing job. I now have a go to plumbing guy.

Justin was very honest about our plumbing situation, which was not good, but helped us work out a solution that would fit into our budget and absolute need which saved a lot of money by keeping the older system and rejuvenating it. He also effectively managed our expectations while going the extra mile again and again and was willing to work in extra efforts as investigation and further work showed possibility. In the end, his high quality efforts, materials and extra mile efforts made it so our system will be good for the long term future without having to do a major renovation. We fully recommend Justin and Mercer!

Great work ethic! I got a phone call in literally 5 min after sending my request on line. Very professional! The appointment was made really prompt and they were able to come out on Saturday, which is important for me. Called ahead of time to give an estimated time of arrival. Was on time. Very knowledgeable, gave pertinent explanations to what the problem might be. Once he found out the problem, he worked well and fast and fix it. He cleaned and disposed of the garbage. Left everything functioning well and the work space very clean. Very pleasant to talk to. Heartly recommend this firm for all plumbing related problems.

We ended up having a major project with roots in our main sewer line. They did a great job replacing the pipe and getting our house up and running. Would recommend them,
