Roof was finished in one day. Poor job cleaning up though. I found shingles on my upper deck and about a dozen nails in the driveway after the dumster was removed.

I also had a problem with a lot of nails left around in driveway, but when I brought it to their attention it was Immediately taken care of. Sales rep, Connor, though young, was well informed of each step of the new GAF roof process. (His training included installing a roof.) Every step of the process was smooth. July weather delays were handled well. The roofing team was polite, thorough and hardworking. Netting covered windows and landscaping was covered with cloth. Not even a nail was left behind. Communication throughout was easy and friendly. Great job.

Sales person was very presentable, crew was ok, did bunch of damage, cleanup was not excellent... still finding lots of nails .. was supposed to install a fan, but was not able to find a electrician , so trying to refund the money.. i would have appreciated if proactively it was mentioned to me that they are not able to hire a electrician.. Net net, ok company...hope this feedback is helpful for improvements

The roof was done in one day as promised. They did the gutters and gutter guards the later. They said that they would call ahead to let us know when they would do the gutters. They just showed up with no call.

Make sure no workers leave the site until you are completely done. Clean up was not to my satisfaction. Make sure you are 100% satisfied.
