So far so good, they did not keep their original schedule, but that was weather related

Great Experience. I arrived on site about 5 min early and the survey was all ready there and setting everything up. He laid out all the markers and walked me through so I could find them later if I needed to. We had a small miscommunication on where to send the survey paperwork, but after I called them they corrected that quickly.

The team was very responsive (no other crew could come out in less than 10 days), quick (comjmunicated they were on their way and when they would be here), professional (knew exactly what to do and how to do it) and helped us sovle a serious border dispute under less than optimum conditions (raining and forest-like domain). They responded really quick.. I live in interior town home.. When I came home I noticed the bill and they only did my backyard. I only got part of the survey done. I only got part of my survey done. They said they would come back the next day and do the survey. They did not come back. Have not got any phone calls back and they have not completed the job. I am very upset.

They called fast. I didn't get back to them right away but when I did they knew quickly about my request and then sent someone out right away. Good, quick clean work. Helpful to us as there is a dispute regarding a fence that this will help settle.

I had a great experience with Merestone. They got back to me quickly with a quote, and their prices were extremely competitive. My husband and I needed a survey for a piece of property we are buying as required by the title company, so we had a somewhat limited time frame to work with. Mike got the survey done within a week and I had the plats in hand a few days later. Barbara was extremely pleasant and professional on the phone The ONLY suggestion I would make for Merestone is to consider a website/way to contact them online as a convenience for customers.
