Good clean install

After pricing out what I thought might have to be a total replacement for a kitchen sink window ( estimates as high as $700!! ) gentleman from Merhi Glass came out and told me $175 to replace the broken glass and that work would be done within a week. He was true to his word and a BIG sigh of relief for me. I would definitely use this company again...

needed reminder call

I have 4 large 5'x5' picture windows and hired Merhi Glass to replace one of them at a cost of $500. Because of film on the other windows I could not tell that the window was not clear like the others when it was first installed. When the film company put film on his window it did not match. When I had the film removed from the other windows, it was obvious that the window was not clear but had a haze. Neither Merhi Glass nor the manufacturer Innovative Glass America would offer any compensation but instead said this was normal. I had to replace the window at my expense. From my experience they do not stand behind their work. I would never recommend them. I have also never run across a company that would not make some compensation when a valid complaint was raised. Simply amazing. I had to take to small claims court.

I love my new glass enclosed showers! My home is not the usual design or construction but this company did a wonderful job and the new glass shower enclosures add so much beauty and functionality to our bathrooms! Their prices were reasonable and they met a lower bid from another vendor so we made the right choice. They were extremely efficient, personable, and very professional.

Great customer service and reasonably priced. Manufacturer shipped defective product so there was a delay in installation. Overall they were great and completed installation in timeframe they provided at start of job.

I read many reviews in looking for someone to help repair a window lock and settled on Mr. Mehri. When I called him to schedule an appointment, he answered immediately (I didn't have to leave a message) and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He was extremely communicative as there were some traffic issues and he called to let me know he would be a few minutes late. Finally, he immediately identified the issue with my window and fixed it (at no charge due to the simple solution). I will hire him for any future window/glass need!

I can't say enough nice things about this business. Excellent, quick service, good customer service, professional craftsmen. They quickly replaced 23 window sashes that had vapor leaks. And at no charge, fixed a balance spring.

Glass had to be ordered so it took a while. The two men who did installation had it done in approximately 20 minutes. They were $150.00 less then their competitor. The two gentlemen, who did the installation, were very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Installed custom frameless glass around large shower. I have used Merhi glass for 7 years on my rental units and have always had a good experience. Everything was perfect from the initial estimate, ontime followup when the glass was ready and the glass install on 4/1/16. Could not ask for anything better! Best price and first rate service.

They had to order the glass so we had to wait for about a week. The two techs did a good job. It only took about an hour.
