101 Mobility came quickly, assessed the location, defined the need, installed on my requested schedule, and did a very professional installation. They were courteous, tidy, efficient, and worked with our schedule needs. The equipment was excellent and they accommodated removal in a timely and efficient manner. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend them for your mobility needs.

The responsiveness to our need was exceptional. Came & measured and the next day installed the stair chair. After a recent surgery mobility was limited and this gave us back access to our upper level. Recommend them whole heartedly.

To say I'm satisfied is an understatement. 101 Mobility was very easy to work with in scheduling both the measuring and install appointments. The install went very smoothly and as promised. They cleaned up and carefully instructed us on how to operate the stairlift. GREAT JOB!

My wife had a stroke and can't climb the steps up to our porch. I called 101 Mobility of Cincinnati and Dayton after a friend of mine had to have a ramp put in for his wife and said he would not consider anyone else. I am so pleased with the price of the ramp but am mostly pleased with the service 101 Mobility provided. When I called and told them that my wife would be coming home on 4-1-26 they had the ramp installed in 4 working days and did it in 2.5 hours. Thank You, Elmer & Freda

101 Mobility of Cincinnati & Dayton were wonderful! I had a car accident and was having surgery that weekend. I called 101 Mobility of Cincinnati & Dayton during the holidays. I thought they assumed they would be closed but miraculously they were in doing some paperwork and they answered my call. They had someone do the measurements that Saturday and by Wednesday Morning I had a crew putting in a chairlift and ramp in the back of my home. I truly can't say enough great things about everyone there! It meant a lot for them to act so quickly when I was having surgery and needed the ramp installed ASAP. Thank you!!
