These guys did a great job. My problem is with Homeadvisors, They charged me for an appointment with another company. I thought they were the same company. So I have paid both companies a total of $573.73. I have tried to get ahold of Homeadvisors, spent hours on the phone, two days, they eventually just hang up.

Suggested improvement that could be made. Very timely in his work. Attentive to detail.

What I appreciated the most was no high pressure sales tactics like a couple of other companies we had gotten estimates from. Very fair and reasonable. The crew arrived on time and were very efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards We were very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company.

So glad I picked Ryan from Meridian. He was upfront about everything, patient with my work schedule and getting timing right. When everything was picked next thing I know him and his guys were out getting it done. All in all very respectful and would definitely hire again if anything happened!

Mr. Crowe did a fantastic job. He diagnosed the possible leak location and installed a temporary repair that worked flawlessly until he was able to return to complete the permanent repair. He thoroughly explained the work and charged a very fair price. The job site was cleaned after work was done. I would definitely use this company again!

may not be the lowest price, but competitive. The response to phone calls, etc, the detail to clean-up and the attitude of owner make them a reliable and worthy choice for roofing work.

Our roof had significant hail damage. Wood was rotting, the roof was leaking. Insurance company came out and said there was no damage. Had two separate roofers come out and tell me I had bad damage and the insurance company should pay for it. The insurance company did not want to play nice roofers were not wanting to put in the work to submit evidence or they were just plain unresponsive.1 year later I was referred to Ryan by family. I was amazed at his attentiveness, concern for our situation, and he knew exactly what was going on and how to resolve the issues with the insurance company. All I can say is WOW. He even met with the adjuster on a Sunday morning before church to work out the disagreements. The other roofers could not compare to responsiveness a can-do attitude I saw. Also, he did the work for about $1000 cheaper than another estimate I got and when insurance agreed to pay, his crew was there that week to fix our roof. Will use him again for sure if I need any roofing done I ask him for references for other contractors because I trust his judgment.

We had a severe storm that caused a lot of damage in the neighborhood. we called Meridian at 8am and they were there at 10am. We decided after speaking with Ryan that we would hire him to effect all repairs. There were some other issues that weren't part of the original estimate from our insurance adjuster however, Ryan stepped up and took care of them without any additional charges. It's a good feeling when you find an honest professional.
