He pointed out items not to code and of concern, and issues that I would have missed. Helped with what repairs or maintenance to address now and things to keep an eye on over time. Ed delivered a thorough, easy to follow report and was always patient when answering questions and follow up phone calls. Well worth the expense.

Ed is one of the most thorough professionals I know. His inspection was detailed, accurate, and revealed things that saved us thousands of dollars before the closing. He is full of helpful information, he cares about his customers and their homes, and most importantly, does it with great patience and humanity. He is punctual and delivers on or before the stated dates. In addition, Ed is always available post-inspection to advise on details of his findings. Stay away from Ed and his company. His inspection cost us over $700 dollars. Once we lived in the home for 15 days, we found that we needed over $5,000 in repairs that HE COMPLETED missed. Some examples, Dryer vent completed clogged and Dryer needed replacement, Electrical faults/breakers were tripping in four rooms, spent $1,200 on an electrician, Hose bid, leaked in my garage, cost $375, No Fireplace inspection tool place. We tried it and it needed $525 in repairs. Our deck had cracked wood and needed replacement. Still waiting for an estimate. Garage opening, stopped working after 10 days, cost $375. Hot water Heater leaked, replacement required $1450. I can go on and on. This guy may show kindness, but DO NOT be fooled, he is incompetent on all levels. When I call him about the issues, he simply said, Oh, I don't inspect these items, needless to say he did not even refund a partial credit. Pathetic on all fronts.

Ed was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions and did so in a way that was relatable. We especially liked how he explained what he was doing and looking for at each step of the inspection process. Would highly recommend Ed for a home inspection and will use again if we need to!
