Steve Heiser was the assigned service technician. He was on time and did a thorough job. He explained the maintenance being performed and advised me on the overall condition of the system. I would definitely use this service again.

I have had the absolute best service from this company since I purchased my first water softener system and reverse osmosis system. I had to replace the reverse osmosis system due to damage sustained in a whole house fire loss. Jay the technician was friendly and reliable and did a great job. The staff I spoke to regarding my system could not have been more professional and helpful. I am a fan.

We had a small leak in our system and we needed help from Mermaid, who installed the system. Jay came to the rescue! He immediately spotted the issue and had all the parts and the skill to fix the problem. Jay, our service tech was a joy to work with.
