We hired this company after receiving an estimate. They did a good job on trimming the two trees and cutting down a small bush that were included in the estimate but have failed to return to finish the job. We had a tree fall on a fence also and needed the tree removed and fence repaired. He started cutting the tree up but never came back to finish removal and repairing the fence. After 3 weeks of working, trimming 2 trees and cutting down a small bush, which he originally said the job would take a couple of days, he asked for half of the money. We gave it. The next week, while he was working on the fallen tree, he asked could he get the rest of his money. Against our better judgment we gave it with a commitment from him to complete the job the next day. It has now been 3 weeks since then. We have texted him and been given several excuses and promises that he would come back and finish. The latest text on September 23 said he would be back tomorrow to finish up for sure. His rake and tarp he was using is still here because he never returned to get his items either. Of course it s our fault for trusting him to stand on his word. So if you choose to use this company, do not pay until job is complete or get a contract in writing.
