I gave the incredibly specific guidance of "just please make my wifi WORK" and got in return an incredibly skilled installation, optimization, problem solving and education on how wifi, in fact, works. He validated the best network provider in our area, ran cables, tested connections, and when he left the network was screaming. I had some follow on questions (which ended up being the ISP and not his work) and he responded quickly, clearly and helpfully. He was incredibly professional, reliable, well educated and willing to make sure the job was done right. I would highly recommend to anyone who has a complex job, or really needs the outcome to be perfect.

Rod was able to get the most up to date eero wifi mess network working seamlessly in our old home. It was terrible without this intervention. We would highly recommend if you want wifi to flat out work and get what you pay for from the internet providers.

He communicated well, letting me know he was running behind schedule and keeping me updated on his arrival time. He assessed what I needed very quickly and was very efficient with his time.
