Asked for a free estimate only but I got fooled and charged at the end. Paid $100 for a filter change. HVAC still do not work properly.

"I do not advertise free estimates. The system had 7 out of twelve supply registers closed, air filter was dirty, most returns were blocked by furniture and draperies. Home advisor lead form states: (Repair or service central air conditioning) NOT give estimate..... sorry but you are lying and it shows!!"

Paul Merritt diagnosed my AC issue and problem was fixed . had to order a new part for the outside unit but was very inexpensive. Came the same day that i made contact. great customer service.
