They did a pretty good job of cleaning my house. There are a couple of minor problems that I expect to be taken care of at the next cleaning.

I chose Merry Maids because the name is well known. I thought I would get a professional result. What I got was quite a bit less than that. I explained that I was putting my house on the market and that the cleaning had to be thorough. Parts of it were done very well (kitchen counters & appliances) but not all. I was particularly unhappy with the result for my floors, especially my wood floors. They were clear of dust/superficial dirt but were not really clean. They appeared to be wiped but not scrubbed in the places that needed more effort. Switch plates did not appear to have received any attention at all. I would not hire them again.
