2 employees came. One was good but the other did not do a good job. He may have been in training., He also left the lights on in 2 rooms. The house looked and smelled good but I do not think I received the type of cleaning I had requested.

The conscientiousness shown by Samantha, the administrator, is top-notch. She even came with the cleaning team to make sure everything was done right, and followed up with me afterwards. Everything was clean and sparkling, and my pets were safe and happy. Excellent job!

One worker was outstanding, the other worker was not quite as thorough. Was told when booking that if additional 30 minutes was needed, they could do that without me advance booking it. But the team could not stay.

We are totally satisfied with the job the two MerryMaids did. The house looks great. They were fast but cleaned everthing we had asked for them to do. The floors are wonderful The cabinets in the kitchen look like new The house smells so nice and fresh. Thanks to the MerryMaids.

I was not impressed with the 1st team that were send to my house- BUT the 2nd team were very good. If I could request a team it would be the second team. The 4 star rating is for the 2nd team not the 1st team!

The girls were prompt and efficient, but I wasn't blown away. They did a good job, don't get me wrong. I was not, however, amazed by the cleaning work.

Yesterday was the first day they came. I just moved to the neighborhood, and the house needed a very bad once-over. My expectations were that I would be about 60% happy when I got home from work. When I walked in, the house smelled like pine trees, and the cleaning was SPECTATULAR. Bathrooms shined and the hardwood floors were great. Made me very happy for the holidays. Thank you Merry Maids!
