VERY PROFESSIONAL THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING CARE OF MY HOUSE FOR FIVE YEARS. AND NEVER A PROBLEM.

I hired them and have been doing business with them for 5 years. The only complaint I have ever had, is that when I get a different cleaner come in, they are not all trained the same. For example not all of them follow the merry maid check list. I find everyone to be pleasant to deal with, courteous and friendly.

We have used this service for several years. Staff is excellent and has been consistent. Although on a regular schedule, we have found that scheduling can be flexible, adjusting the schedule from time to time if conditions dictate. Our service lady has trained numerous others and is quite competent in that role as well.

This is the second time Merry Maids has cleaned my house. The first time, I let it slide because I was busy and thought, well maybe it was an exception. When they came this week, they didn't clean up grease on the stove behind the griddle, they did not clean the sides of my sinks, they did not clean my shower doors inside or outside (hairspray n shower door), they did not mop any of my floors, or a large floor mirror in my hall where my grandbaby likes to see herself. They came back today to fix these issues and again, my floors are dirty still. I just mopped portions of themselves and they are really dirty. I don't get it. The office is saying they don't understand but will not release me from the contract. I told them I am concerned with housecleaners I have called out on their cleaning skills being in my home alone when I am not here. You don't know what people will do, despite what they tell their superiors. Obviously, they told the office and their superiors that they have cleaned my house properly and yet the floors are dirty even after "cleaning" them two times in two days. Doesn't make any sense. If I were you, I would not use this service. I am going to continue exploring options to get them to release me from the agreement I signed. I do not feel I should be obligated to a housecleaning agreement to pay them if my house is not clean when they leave on two separate days. Angela Stanford.

I was disappointed that I had to pay for another hour of service and then they didn't get to everything I had requested. They claimed the assigned person was new and when a supervisor came to check on her, they decided to take on part of the project. Which now meant, I had two people to tip. They did a good job, I just think time-wise they could have been more efficient.

Cleaning day is always my favorite day. The team is friendly, hard-working and they make my life easier. Would definitely recommend. Ashley is my fav!!!!

awful cleaning. very expensive for what they did. I still had dust behind every picture, vase, etc. I was very disappointed. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

We hired them for a one time clean and not only did they not clean part of the house they said they would, they left their cleaning brushes in our toilets! We called to let them know, but never got an answer back from the company. Needless to say, we never used them again.

The customer service part was great and they would do everything they possibly could to come out and fix the issues.

I have been using Extreme Housecleaning for a couple of years now. Mostly they do a good job though periodically I have had to contact the owner because the onsite team gets sloppy or does not do a thorough job. Marina is always very accommodating and responsive. It is because of her customer service we remain loyal customers.

We switched to Merry Maids after our previous service kept changing days and times. What a big mistake. Merry Maids seem to be more interested in rushing through the house than actually cleaning it. I have complained every time they finish the work and have given them specifics on where they are missing - virtually everything. This last time was as bad as any - dog hair never vacuumed on the main living area rug, bathroom shower grout is now turned from white to yellow to brown, hair spray never cleaned from the bathroom sink, and a tile floor where the dirt just gets pushed around. One time was so bad they left pieces of cheese on the table untouched - you couldn't have missed them, could you? Now I am trying to work with corporate to get the $300 first time in clean fee waived and to move on. But of course there is pushback since I did sign a contract. But where have they held up to their end of the bargain. The bottom line is there are much better local cleaning services. Look for local reviews.

Overall everything was very nice. Ladies were pleasant and professional. Master bath needed some work. Baseboards and floor around baseboards was missed completely. Think work was ok for first time but will get better. Thank you.
