Troy was great. Very personable, punctual, and informative the entire process. He found an obscure part for an old system saving us thousands on a full replacement. Very appreciated.

Came out the same day I requested service. Knew exactly what I needed and had the right parts and expertise to fix my issue quickly and at a reasonable price.

Called for an emergency "no heat" situation. From the time I called, they showed up and had my heatpump running in 1 1/2 hours. Thanks for the great service!

Checked my AC unit that wasn't cooling. He determined it was a warranted part. Took a long time to get the part in but had to call the company to find out what was taking so long. Poor communication.

Merryman's replaced an HVAC system for me 6 months ago and they did an excellent job. When it was time to replace the other unit in my house, I did not hesitate to call Merrymans's again. Before I replaced the systems, I got several estimates from different companies. It felt like I was buying a used car. The "What will it take to get you to buy the system today" routine. Merryman's did not operate like that. They came in, examined my needs, gave me clear options and the price for each. The price was the price. Nothing to haggle about. And their price was one of the best.

They were on time and kept me informed. They asked questions that showed they really cared and wanted to meet my goals. Friendly competent and clean. Great job. Look forward to using them on my next project.

We have a/c again! The floor is even a bit chilly! Love it!! They came - diagnosed and wrote up an estimate - we turned it in to insurance - they came back out when we had payment - took only a few hours - and it was done!
