Daniel is very knowledgeable, quick and trustworthy he did some wall and ceiling patch repair and electrical troubleshooting. price was reasonable, however the ceiling texture didn't match exactly like he promise, good score overall

Started with good intentions but had issue with way stones were stacked and then person he hired to grout made complete mess of project and had to personally fix then WALKED AWAY FROM JOB. Never returned calls, owed money for outdoor grill items and to install and disappeared. Have to hire someone to finish now. Caution on paying any amount before completion. Estimated one week turned into six weeks and never finished.

"The customer was very happy with the out door kitchen structure including the stone work and the granite tops. We had set a payment schedule 50% down and a progress payment of $2,000 once the structure was built and the stone work and granite work were complete. The purpose of the $2,000 installment was to order the appliances. This would have left a $985 balance which represented the man hours on the job. At the time of the installment request the customer decide to pay the man hour portion but commented that he was going to hold back on the money for ordering the appliances. I did indicate that I would install the grill, refrigerator, stainless steel drawer set and stainless steel door if he wanted to order them directly from home depot. I did not impose any type of mark up on these units and the cost was the same for him or I. Once again the customer indicated that he wanted to hold off on ordering the appliances and never called me back. At no time did the customer ever pay for any services that were not rendered and the customer with held all monies required to complete the job."

Daniel is punctual, skilled and trustworthy. He did some plumbing, some electrical, window screens, etc. He honors the warranty of his work. I have used his services twice and have no complaints. Little pricey but worth it. I would definitively recommend him.
