Mesilla Valley Door has repaired and maintained our heavy duty electric gates for a few years. They are knowledgeable and understand the electronics. Although they have to travel 70 miles to our facility, they show up as scheduled. We particularly appreciate the communication with the office and workers live feedback at the site. Wish their labor rate was a little more palatable. Highly recommend.

The technicians that came to give the estimate and the one that installed the springs and weather strip were very professional. They both are very knowledgeable and made sure that I understood everything. They answered all questions I asked. Thank you very much, and I will not hesitate to refer them. I already made a referral to my friend who needs a garage door.

Even though what needed to be fixed was actually very simple the first time I hired them due to me not knowing anything about garage doors. I did hire them a second time to put in a new garage door opener in. They did the job and was done in no time. They were nice men too.

Jeremy was great to work with, he arrived early, was friendly and polite and knew what he was doing. His install of a new garage door opener works perfectly. Jamie in the office was also a pleasure to work with, she is very easy to communicate with. It was a positive experience all the way around.

I wanted to go with a local company for my new garage door. Place the order in December of 2021 and was told it would take 8 weeks to come in. I called on week 9 to find out the status of the door. I was told by the receptionist they were waiting on brackets and that it would be another 3 weeks. I wait and do not hear anything for 5 weeks when I call again. I again speak with the receptionist who said the door was not ready they were waiting on vinyl and it would be another 3 to 4 weeks. I wait 5 weeks again and call. I get another excuse. This goes on all summer long. Never once did anyone from Mesilla Valley Door reach out to me to discuss what was going on. I tried to ask to speak to someone other than the receptionist and the few times I did I just got the same vague excuses. I never once spoke to the same person twice (other than the receptionist). After almost a year of this, I finally had enough and asked for my money back. I have no idea where the supposed customer service is for this company but I did not experience any of it. Only go with this company if you want continual excuses and poor communication.

Also he was able to fix my garage door opener at the same time. He had the part on his truck.

Excellent company. My installer was great. Went the extra mile.

My garage door spring broke during the Memorial Day holiday. I called Mesilla Valley Door on Saturday morning and they were able to send a technician within the hour. Josh arrived promptly but had to return to the shop because he didn't have the correct spring in his truck. 30 minutes later Josh arrived with the needed parts and he had the garage door working within one hour. He was very efficient and professional and represents your company very well.

Billy and Jim are true professionals. Explained in detail and answered my questions. Work was done very promptly with no mess and end result was above expectations. All the staff that either answered the phone or responded via email were prompt, courteous, and well informed. I recommend them for all their products and services.

I hired Mesilla Valley Doors to do a complete replacement of my garage door, to include the garage door opener. I thought that I was going to have issues when the initial work crew arrived and it turned out that not all of the panels for the garage door would line up. It was apparently due to factory defects. However, after a couple of visits, everything was good to go. The installers that came out were professional, did a great job, and even cleaned up after themselves, to include wiping down the newly installed garage door. I've got to say that I am very pleased with the work and with my new door. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The spring on my garage-door just snapped in two. I called this company and they were there and replaced it and the other spring also at a reasonable price. Garage door works like new. The service man also were over the maintenance I needed to perform to keep it in good working order. I would highly recommend this company
