WARNING !!!!! DO NOT USE ISSAC MESSER FROM ELKVIEW WV. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY !!!!!! HE HAS SEVERAL LAWSUITS PENDING AND HAD SEVERAL JUDGEMENTS AGAINST HIM THAT WILL NEVER BE PAID.. HE BREACHED THE CONTRACT AND NEVER FINISHED THE WORK. DOES NOT HAVE A CREW. WE LOST A LOT OF MONEY TO HIM AND HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO FINISH THE WORK. WE HAVE FILED CRIMINAL CHARGES. HE HAS NO ASSETS TO GO AFTER ! NOTHING FROM NOTHING LEAVES NOTHING !!!!! AND YOU NEED TO DO YOUR RESEARCH !!!!!!

DO NOT USE MESSER CONSTRUCTION! The owner, Isaac, will take your deposit and give you a run-around and then ghost you. Having to take him to court to get my $ back.

Terrible, shabby work, hardly ever showed. Total mess, and ripped me off heading to court Do not use this company this is a warning! Had to hire another contractor to fix his shabby work.

Bathroom - Remodel
THEY CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND TOOK $3,309 AND DIDNT DO THE JOB! WE HAVE RECEIVED A CIVIL JUDGEMENT AGAINST THEM, BUT THEY STILL HAVENT PAID!! THEY LEFT A HOLE IN OUR BATHROOM FLOOR TO THE BASEMENT DURING SUBZERO TEMPERATURES! THEY LEFT ALL THE DEMOLITON IN OUR DRIVEWAY, STOLE OUR NEW TUB AND BEVER CAME BACK!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
