"Thank you our techs appreciate the good words"
"[Consumer Name Removed] did call us 6/20/24, and I did say galvanized fittings inside the well were causing the sediment in his well. Tim tried pulling pump out of the well but it was stuck inside (customers problem had been on going issue for awhile) , When he was trying to pull again the galvanized fitting snapped off . Tim tried to tap in a fitting to grab the pump but could not. He advised James (homeowner) he needed to get a different truck to pull pump. Homeowner said ok. We had well log and info on well since it was our well. Normal routine is that we can hand pull. Tim notified customer every step of the way what he was doing. He even suggested putting sch.80 in well and customer said go ahead. Also tim did suggest a new pump, the pump inside well is 25 years old. Customer took off while Tim was working on well. Tim called him and said he would call the office next morning with payment. Never did he say anything negative to service techs. Never received a phone call so I called him at 3:30 pm. I was verbally screamed at , cussed out and hung up on. James knew every step we were doing to solve his problem which we did solve due to bad fittings in well The extra labor , truck and sch80 came in at 800. additional. James valued us a 1 on value of monies he has never paid on this job as of 7/2/24. I also sent him a letter explaining all and still haven't received payment Considering this well we drilled back in 1999 (25 years) and there had been no issues or service work done till now."
"Prior to our service visit, customer was very agitated on phone when asking questions about job so service techs know the situation of the job. Per conversation with gentleman, he informed me that another company had been out 3 times and could not fix and charged him $6000.00. We came out checked tank, switch and pump and informed him to get in more depth, there would be an hourly rate to dig in more. He declined since he poured so much money into previous company, and said he wanted a new well. He also informed techs about the money he spent with the other Company. Guys left and customer called office for a quote for a new well, that is the last we heard from him until this review. We are sorry he was dissatisfied but he declined more labor time. The other company put on a pump, deep well to shallow well back to deep well."
