Metamora Water Service, Inc.

Repaired what had to be repaired, no more.

I went on Home Advisor the minute I got home today, been without water, this was the second day, before I got off my computer this company called me and the repair man was here within the hour. From the lady on the phone to the repair man I couldn't say enough about the wonderful treatment I received. Great Company

Came out the same day as we had no water in our home. It turned out to be a faulty switch on the well pump. Very reasonable.

They were quick to respond. Came out right away. Got it done! i like when people work as hard as I do. Great company.

We called the office in the AM with a water pressure issue. They told us a time that a technician would arrive. Customer Service Rep Jacob showed up that day with a solution. He replaced the water pump and explained why the old one had failed. He then adjusted the pressure on our tank. We now have great water pressure. Outstanding job!

Called me within five minutes of HomeAdvisor request even though it was before 7am! She suggested running the water through hose for two hours to make sure problem was not related to the recent heavy rains. She called back after the two hours to find out the result. The water was much clearer and I decided we didn't need service. Later in the day, I noticed we were still getting grey water and called back. They said that someone would be out and gave an approximate time. When they couldn't make it by that time, she called back ahead of time to let me know of delay. I received another call to let me know they were on their way. When the team arrived, they were able to determine our issue, spent time to make sure the water was acceptable and provided some general information for the future. No sales pitches for unnecessary services.

Fast friendly affordable and very professional service! Would recommend to everyone.

We called Metamora when our water stopped running in May. Stacy (the woman who answered the phone) told us how we might be able to fix the problem ourselves. We were very appreciative, and were able to get the water running again right away. We had to do that a few times during the next 8 weeks, when we finally decided we needed a more permanent solution. We call Metamora again, and they came out the next day with a new bladder tank. Within an hour the water was up and running, with better pressure than we've ever had before! We were impressed by the way we were taken care of by Stacy and the techs who installed the tank. We will use Metamora again if we have any water or septic problems.

They responded before I even received the HomeAdvisor email! They showed up within an hour and fixed the problem immediately. They diagnosed it quickly and I am confident it was the right solution.

They responded very fast and offered me a solution without replacing my well.

They came out on time and did the work. What else can i say?

Timely service, the only problem I encountered was the inability for them to take credit cards. The software they were using wasn't working properly.

Excellent customer service, reliability, quality and price

They came out on time and did the work and was very friendly, would call them again if I need help again

Percy and Brandon provided excellent service! They were able to find and fix my problem with ease. They walked me through exactly what what was going on, why it happened, and what they were going to do to fix it. Very reasonably priced service call, parts and labor. I would recommend Metamora Water Service, and call on them again in the future.

Did job right and there was a follow up adjustment at no cost.
