I recently used Metanoia Construction to paint the exterior of my home. It was a fairly large project and normally would've required a 3-4 person team over a week or two to complete. The workmanship, quality and overall professionalism of this team was outstanding. From the quote process to the final walk through everything was completely spelled out and reviewed by their team and myself. They brought a large crew that were all knowledgable in painting, wood working, wood preparation. Each day they let me know what they were doing, what process they were doing next, what time they would be back the following day. They left my backyard and deck in the same condition as before they came - clean and orderly. There were no spills, destruction of landscaping, decking, brick or windows. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and in line with the scope of the project. I will continue to use them for other projects in the future and refer them to friends and family.

They were on time did the painting job as agreed to in a professional manner and cleaned up when they were done. They wore shoe coverings when they entered the house which my wife liked as she is a neat freek.

Outstanding company to do business with. They power washed our house & garage, followed by re-staining. and now they basically look brand new. All caulking around windows and doors was removed & replaced. Alphonso's crew members are neat, extremely conscientious about making the final outcome look good. Alphonso & Mirella kept us up to date on when work would be started. Also any delays due to weather were addressed. Any questions I had were answered within the same day or within a few hours. Cannot go wrong with hiring this company. Pricing was very competitive with the other estimates I received. (4 total).

We found them on HomeAdvisor. The most organized group we've dealt with. Honest and fair pricing. We've done a lot of work on our home and they impressed us the most. High quality and stands by their word. Final price matched estimate despite things that arose along the way.

Hi hired this company to power wash, paint the exterior of our home, as well as repair a few rotted cedar wood planks. After getting started it was discovered that we had more water damage and we were in need of extensive wood repair around our chimney. Metanoia Construction was very thorough and expertly repaired the wood, keeping the project on-schedule. After all the wood was repaired, they proceeded with the exterior painting. They were very efficient, clean, easy to work with, and skilled! Metanoia was also very fair with the pricing, considering the extra amount of wood work that needed to be done. We are extremely happy with the completed work, and have received a number of positive comments about our house already.

I hired the company to power wash siding and deck, seal and paint the deck as well as painting the front door and washing the windows. The job on the deck was well done. I'd use a different company to do the window washing.

I hired Metanoia through a home improvement service to power wash, paint and seal my 16 X 16 deck. They did an outstanding job! They protected the house siding and shrubs with painter's tape and tarps before they began their work. They fixed an area on the deck floor that needed minor repair to improve deck safety. The team of hardworking men did not stop until the job was complete and the deck looked beautiful. It was obvious they take pride in their work. They even removed old stain left over from years ago that another contractor has splashed on the house and pipes. I would definitely recommend Alfonso and Domingo and the Metanoia team and will use them again for other projects.

I had an amazing experience with Metanoia Construction. Starting with the first phone call I made to their professional office staff. The lady is so sweet, and very flexible. They came out and quoted me with an amazing price and very affordable! They scheduled my project right away. They are very professional and had a proposal ready with a contract to insure both their and my security. I had them paint the whole exterior of my house which is a mansion, and they literally took care of it within days from powerwashing it to prepping and painting. This company is amazing!!! I would recommend Metanoia to everyone, they are truly a sincere, trustworthy, responsible painting company. I promise you wont regret it!!! The workers were very professional, neat, and meticulous. They painted the living/dining room and the fireplace in the family room. I would definitely recommend this company. After they finished I asked if they would paint the upstairs when I start phase II of the remodel. I just purchased the home and am having hardwood floors installed in the upstairs before I have the rooms painted.

When receiving the estimate, they were very punctual and made sure to let us know of any delays in getting to our place. They offered some great suggestions as we talked about our plans and provided us a very fair estimate. They were very flexible on a start date and were able to being work as soon as we closed on our house. We expressed the need to get all work done (and there was a lot of it) within a couple week as we were going to be moving in at that time. When working they were always very conscious to keep the house clean and to use drop cloths and precautions to ensure that our wood floors would not be damaged. The majority of the work was painting and within the first few days, Metanoia had brought in a large team to get most of the painting of our rooms quickly knocked out. Once done with the painting, they were then able to focus on the custom wood work that we had them install. They worked with us to ensure our designs worked and did a great job. We have had a ton of compliments. We choose some dark colors and if not done right this can look messy next to a while ceiling. The painting work was very professional and with very clean lines. The price quoted included very high quality paints. I plan on working with them again and I would recommend them to others looking for this type of work.
