They did exactly what I needed them to do and did a great job for me. When I had questions or changes, they were able to accommodate me.

It took much longer than I would have liked for this project to be completed. However, he told me that he had a family emergency so that I understand and don't hold against him. It was an uncomfortable feeling for me though considering that the project didn't get completed until 6 weeks after he cashed my deposit check and that I don't know this person and had never worked with him before. I guess my main qualm is that he was not responsive. I haven't even paid the remainder of my balance yet because I asked him some followup questions a week ago and still haven't heard back.

Curtis was easy to work with, flexible in working around my schedule, and kept me up to date on everything going on. Metcalf Metals & Roofing gave me a reasonable price and I believe a very good value. I'd hire them again.

After getting many quotes for a seamless gutter install to replace our outdated gutters, I went with Metcalf Metals because they were very knowledgable, helpful, and provided a high quality product at a very reasonable price. I appreciate that they worked hard to work within our timeline and budget and helped problem solve solutions to get runoff flowing away from our house.

4.5 weeks to rip off and replace my roof. I was told that it would take 3 days and that I only needed to provide 50% of the total project cost up front. I gave 60% as a show of good faith. 1 week later, I received a call from Curtis indicating his insurance had taken out the money and he needed more funds from me to order the tiles and roll off dumpster. Every week he would ask me for more money. At the end of the project, I only owed $300. Poor business practices and ethics. I endured stress due to his lack of planning. My ceiling now has 4 areas of water damage due to my roof being bare for 2 weeks while he went hunting and played with the money I paid him to replace my roof. When I approached him about the damage (he assured me that a 5 year workmanship warranty was in affect), he ignored me for 6 months. Finally he responded with "This is the first I've heard of it." Lucky I saved all my emails and text messages.

Metcalf metals did an amazing job on siding my house and worked with me to stay within my budget. They even ordered a different siding than what they normally work with and brought me a sample so I could decide what I liked best. Even when we came across unexpected work my house needed Curtis was fair with the price of the extra work, which I really appreciate! They were easy to get a hold of when I had questions or concerns. Attentive customer service, great value and pride in workmanship. I will use them again!

Great team to work with. Got a quick estimate and a quick time frame to get the job done. The install team did a great job and was very quality oriented. I would totally hire them again!!
