Honest and a straight shooter. I had a water dispenser die and while Method was unable to get parts due to manufacturing complications (my water dispenser was made by LG and my fridge is a Kenmore, go figure) they did give me other options and did not charge me for the service call. Can't ask for more than that. Thanks!

Joe gave me a quote before he came out and he stuck to it, even though he had to do a little more work than expected. He also guaranteed work for 30 days on the part. I would call him again if I need service for anything else.

Joe was able to diagnose the problem with my washer. He originally thought it might have been 2 parts that needed replacing. However, only 1 was needed and that's all he replaced and charged me for. My almost 10 year old washer is going strong again!

Was very impressed. I had problems before with this appliance and the last service did not fix the problem. Joe told me on the phone what he felt the problem was and he was right. The appliance is working better than it ever has. Would highly recommend.

Joe was a fabulous person. He called right away, talked with me about what my washing machine was doing and my concerns about spending money to have someone look at it. He was patient with me and listened to all my concerns. As promised, he called before he arrived, right on time. He did the work and stayed within the amount he had roughly estimated over the phone. Joe was even able to give me some helpful hints for some of my other appliances to keep them running smoothly and last longer. Method Control will be my go to company for any appliance problems I come across!

Joe called right away about my washing machine issues and gave me advice on the phone to try before he came out. I still had the issue so he came out the next day. He found the problem, ordered the part and returned to fix my washer for under $200 which was exactly what I was hoping for. He was honest and trustworthy and I will definitely use him again for any appliance needs I have.

Joe was prompt, courteous and professional. He worked us into his schedule to get my dryer fixed quickly. He explained what was wrong , gave us an accurate estimate and showed us the broken part and informed us of warranties with the parts and labor. We couldn't have had a better experience.

It was refreshing to meet an honest repair person. Our dryer basically had a manufacturer defect, but took 10 yrs to finally give out! He recommended a new dryer, rather than spending $$$ to repair this one.

Excellent service for our Amana refrigerator. Joe was very cuteous. I had called Amana's customer service and got an appointment after 4 days. I called Joe and he responded in the evening and promised to come first thing in the morning, He promised to treat every customer as family and he did. I am glad that I trusted him. He not only came and was able to fix the refrigerator by changing relay for the compressor but also called in the evening to check. Awesome will recommend and call him again.
