Bill called me after completing my request for repair service for my chair lift. Worked 1+ hours trying to repair a very old lift. Unfortunately the lift was too old for parts replacement. I was able to purchase a used chair lift at a very reasonable price. Bill is extremely pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend Metro Accessibility Lifts very highly.
